By downloading, installing, or using the Quran Kareem application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Quran Kareem is a mobile application that provides access to the Holy Quran with audio recitations, translations, prayer times, Qibla direction, and other Islamic content. The App is provided free of charge with advertisements.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App or its servers
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App
- Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Use the App in any way that disrespects the Holy Quran or Islamic teachings
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by third-party APIs), features, and functionality are owned by Quran Kareem and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Quran translations are sourced from publicly available repositories and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services and APIs including but not limited to:
- OpenStreetMap Nominatim for location services
- Al Adhan API for prayer times
- Islamic Network for audio content
- Google AdMob for advertisements
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
6. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and other third-party advertising networks. We do not have direct control over the specific content of advertisements displayed. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed and that we are not responsible for the content of such advertisements.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or accuracy. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of Quranic content, we recommend verifying important religious information with qualified scholars.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quran Kareem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
